- From time to time I update my career reel in service to the number of folks commenting, oh, I didn't know you worked on (pick a project). Here's the latest iteration. youtu.be/zDJ6lIDI2-8
- The Brothers Karamazov.
- Unfortunately that's how the media covered it, because they're use to covering filmmakers, but I was a TeeVee guy so most of the reporting ended up not mentioning me at all or basically as a pet monkey. But the fact is that we created, wrote and produced it as a team, as shown in the credits.
- When I came onto the book, Peter was no longer working for the Bugle.
- Four page preview of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN: TORN, issue 4, from me and Pere Pérez, in which things get complicated for Peter, and dangerous for Evangeline, as her arc takes a sudden turn. Hitting stores this coming Wednesday.

- The problem here is not dissembling, it's inaccuracy on your part. Sinclair fishing was the projected end for a potential SEQUEL SERIES, Babylon Prime. The "reveal" you cite is my published original breakdown for the TWO series; in that outline B5 the series ends just as I said: with the explosion.
- I really don't ever go down those sorts of paths, the show has to stand on its own.
- You just have to feel how it will change, there's not one way to do it. It's a kind of dance...you change a step, or do a misstep, and you just sort of intuit the next step and fold it in so it doesn't look like you changed anything. At least that's how I handled it.
- About a year ago I created The Joe Page on Patreon as a place where I could share the wealth of my work via scripts, audio, videos and other forms, talk writing and create a friendly, open community of fans. - Lettered preview of issue three of THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN: TORN, from me and Pere Pérez, hitting stores this Wednesday. The MJ/Gwen/Peter dynamic becomes even more complicated, and we discover things about Evangeline that will develop her far beyond who and what we think she is.

- I have a policy of not promising anyone anything unless I'm 100% sure it's going to happen, and that's not the current situation. I have no idea what their programming needs are going to be, the internal politics going on, and the deal still has a ways to go before being formally approved.
- Thanks...it's an okay episode aside from the point of the story being lobotomized out by committee.
- Busted and in the back yard, or I'd fix this shit.
- No.
- Not that I hold a grudge or anything....
- Sometimes when I write down what the characters say, they get a laugh out of me. This was one of them.

- I wondered the same thing when I saw the finished issue. Didn't even occur to me until then. But I haven't asked. There are some things Joe was not meant to know.
- Four page preview of issue two of The Amazing Spider-Man: Torn, hitting stores this coming Wednesday.
- Great to see, thank you. Given those elements, I think issue 2 will come across even stronger.
- That sounds about right. I ran into the earliest BBS systems probably around the same time as Captain Power was in production, so our long national nightmare began somewhere around 1987.
- Not really, all around...I was online long before B5 and I didn't see any reason to change that, along with wanting to create a living document on how a TV show was made. Didn't really think more broadly, despite the Warners execs who kept saying "Why the hell are you online, these people are mean."
- Out of nowhere, a lovely new review of my autobiography, BECOMING SUPERMAN which came out a bit ago. www.firstcomicsnews.com/fantastic-co...
- I just learned that the first issue of The Amazing Spider-Man: Torn debuted at #15 out of the top 200 in sales (just 6 spots behind the main ASM line) and at #14 in sales (just 3 spots behind ASM). And issue 2 is even better. Still time for new readers to jump on board.

- Jaclyn at b5books.com got so many last minute orders before the store closes down that the system crashed. So it will be held open one more day to make up the difference so folks can get in under the wire.

- Yes, I misspoke.
- And lest one forget, in all the SYNTHETICS news, that the trade paperback containing my recent mini-even of one shots, collected under the MARVEL TALES banner, hits comic shops this Wednesday.
- It's Captain Jaclyn's company, and her call.
- Final reminder: if you want any of the @Babylon5 books published by B5books.com this is your last chance before the company goes away in five days. You may also want to spread the word to any B5 fan groups that might not have already heard it so everyone has a chance.
