- Hi @nigella.bsky.social I've made your garlicy potatoes w/ oregano + feta so often over the summer. A light alternative to Sunday roast spuds. I've been adding fresh mint at the end instead. I had some leftover (I made an absolute mound just for me! 😋) + fried them w/ bacon, spring 1/2
