- There is a young readers’ center that was founded in 2017, but I’ve pored over the shelves and the books are nothing out of the ordinary. It’s a wonderful collection. ‘Inappropriate’ content can mean whatever they want it to mean.
- Sense can be made of it: a small man threatened by a giant of a woman. But how dreadful! Dr. Carla Hayden is simply Champion–of literacy, freedom to read, of diversity equity & inclusion. The loss of her leadership in the LoC is immense. Dr. Hayden, may you land where your light continues to shine.
