I am honored to be one of four recipients of the Potsdam Graduate School's Supervisor Award 2025. Good supervision needs to be valued more highly in academia. Thank you, 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗲𝘇 and 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻, for being role models to me and others. I hope that those I supervise will carry on this spirit.
