- Quiche in the oven! Simple country version: sausage, cheddar, green onion. Good for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Shell was in the freezer, eggs were from the 18 pack that was on sale at a better price than 12. Sausage was new but half the package is now in the freezer for another day.
