- Immediately before I took this video of a honking raven, there was another raven in the tree replying to the honks with a miaow. It sounded like a human saying miaow. That would have been a much better video. This was in December, pre-raven vanishing.
- All the ravens have left the woods. There were loads of ravens honking at each other all the time, but since the middle of January - nothing. Not a single honk. Where are all the ravens? (Imagine this photo but instead of cloth toys it's me looking for missing ravens)
- City map or mossy concrete?
- It's a full moon tonight 🌝 If you know where to look, you might spot some cloth creatures out in the wild. Why not try here first? 👇 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺

- If you want to hunt down the most magical buttons, the most enchanted thread, you're going to need to hire some cloth adventurers ⚔️ And maybe a cloth dug, too. I'm sure they're helpful. Somehow. They're ready to sign up here 👇 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺

- Anyone want some cloth goblins? A cloth troll maybe? Check out what the Habernagerie has to offer 👇 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺
- With only four holes-for-eyes and one mouth between them, the Ghosts of Yellowfield House are a truly labour-saving set of miniatures. Not feet either! 🚫🦶 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺
- Found these photos from ages ago. No eyes or holes for eyes are the most rational responses to eyes on miniatures. One day I'll replace all the heads I sell with holes for eyes heads and watch sales soar.
- I said I was going to do some dark patterns on the backs of these cloth wolves, but I didn't really feel like it in the end. I just wanted to apply paint, not think about where to apply paint.

- Not much to show yet, but I've actually done some painting for the first time in months! 🐺🖌️ They'll both be the pale brown, with dark patterns down their backs. Haven't decided how I'll do the patterns. Was hoping it would be a bit less rough on my shoulder, but it's still nice to get back to it.

- Yet another cloth trow with a pokey stick, spinning in the white void.
- Yet another cloth trow with a pokey stick. I think I'll do one more trow, maybe a wanderer who has left the trowie knowe in search of some adventure in the Habernagerie. statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺

- The cloth goblins have inspected today's casting efforts - cloth penguins, cloth dugs and more cloth goblins for their ranks - and have just reminded me I was supposed to cast some skreks too. I'd made a list and everything 🤬 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺

- Another cloth trow with a pokey stick. Yesterday was my birthday. I tore something in my wonky shoulder getting out of bed, my toaster went pop, I burned my toast under the grill while checking Amazon for a new toaster and left a tissue in my washing. 2026 starts today as far as I'm concerned.

- My favourite mossy fence post has been consumed by frost ❄️❄️❄️
- In a quandary about whether I should sculpt something with legs, as opposed to my usual wee stumpy shufflers. No feet though.

- Had a lovely Christmas eve walk in the woods. It was good to see the sun out 🌞
- The more I zoom out the more I want to learn pixel art
- I've not been posting much but I'm still working on cloth trows with pokey sticks. Come take a wee look at my stuff 👁️👇 statuesqueminiatures.co.uk and statuesqueminiatures.etsy.com for 🇪🇺

- I cooked a new master mould this week 👨🍳 The trow prints look grubby as I wanted to try graphite powder as a mould release - with a bit of help from some teflon spray. It worked nicely though I also used a new powder to stop the silicone discs sticking together. Opening the mould was a bit too hard!

- Cloth cats painted to honour real cats is one of my favourite things to see. It's so satisfying and really pleasing since the cloth cats are based on my own, much missed cats Brian, Enzo and Griz

- Hey Norway folk 🇳🇴- unfortunately I've had to stop selling to Norway through Etsy so you'll have to order through the regular shop for the time being. Basically Royal Mail have been ballsing up the VOEC VAT-paid thing. More info here: statuesqueminiatures.co.uk/blog/information-for-norway-customers

- Reposted by Statuesque MiniaturesI painted one of @statuesque.bsky.social cloth goblins. I added moss to their back because sometimes they like to sleep in the forest for weeks, during which time they become covered in moss.

- A cloth trow with a pokey stick. The pokey stick was a placeholder that became permanent. I don't know what it's for or its significance to the trows, but I don't need to know. Maybe they'll tell me one day.
- Haywire nerves and then catching a bug have meant I've not been sculpting or on socials much recently, but now I'm getting this cloth trow with a pointy stick finished. I'm always grateful that I run my own business so I have plenty to do when I don't feel creative. It's a balance though!
