- The issue is affecting the Deluxe Edition on the Xbox Series and Windows version. 'Currently, it is impossible to retrieve rewards and downloadable content through "Claim Special Rewards" in the game's “System” tab. The developers are currently investigating the issue with the aim of fixing it.'
