anyway my plan is to throw a tarp over the hole in the roof where the chimney is gonna fall through and simply hang out for three months waiting for the lights to come back on. and me and one of my neighbors have a plan to immediately start a goat dairy in the park as soon as nobody can stop us
you think the city is gonna have time to go around east portland asking to see peoples permits for all them goats when half the SW hills are in the river? you think the park rangers are gonna be doing their 9-5 and get mad about a little chèvre? not likely mon frere. it's goat time
