- i really like this concept of the warrant and distributed warrant enforcement, which i believe is something science, as practiced, collectively created, imperfectly, but that this explaining its success. perhaps the pace of discovery of the last century has been a result of that social system

- i think an illustration of the robustness of capitalism against change is that the incentives run to either improving things somewhat, arguably letting the system continue, or you end up positioning yourself against good things all the time shedding all possible alliances making you ineffective
