- Face it #Michigan is not a "sexy" place to work. We lose a lot of young American-trained #doctors to big cities, state #economy is already in #recession, job market outside of healthcare sucks, so anyone not married to another doctor/academic, hard sell. We're very dependent on #visa carrying staff
