- I managed 2 sets of 3 neutral grip pull-ups this morning. Progress on this stuff is glacial.
- New Gym gear and loving the feel of the exercises. Landmine base from Yes4All, someone I’ve gotten a lot of quality accessories. Yesterday I tried it out with SA and full body rows. Since your hands are directly under you can really squeeze the shoulders at the top.
- Feels like -35 C (-31 F) this is nearing the temperature where both American and Canadians can almost agree on how cold it is.

- I uh broke Balatro lol, New high score 5.568 Billion. Was playing on the plasma mode and got this ridiculous combo of re-trigger (x2 first card, x2 all face cards, Kings and Queens are all x2 mult. Combined with a fistful of Glass Kings and Queens it went nuts.

- Gym nerd excited my fractional 2” bar bell plates arrived ! 8x 0.5 lb plates. I can now do smaller increments of 1 lb, so I can go up 1-5 in units of 1 lb. Up until now it’s been +5 lbs (2x 2.5lb) as the smallest increase. Less for the big Bar Bell, more for the EZ curl bicep/triceps.
- Today is my first day back to work after 7 months off. Today I am Big Bird.
