- having to remember how to draw from scratch again
- tried watching the first episode of the current season. it's like 80% clip compilation of previous ultra series, 20% new footage of the ultras standing around in green-screen space, talking like school children. not really my speed.
- i feel the need(desire) to push myself into making some boundary pushing avant garde comics. easier said than done

- watched Resurrection last night, never seen anything like it. was confused in the first half but as i got further in it ended up really emotionally moving. one of those films where its complex on the surface, but all the pieces are there & it just takes some talking through to get the clear picture

- mentally its been hard but ive been pulling thru okay i think. still feeling so sapped of energy. not sure im ready to get back to work yet. still i have to fight the urge to curl up & do nothing all day. gotta keep living my life. just hard to even muster the strength to get out of bed each morning
- i keep wanting to will her back into existence. like if i imagine it hard enough, that when i go to check on chase or give him his food, freedom be sitting right next to him like she always did.

- i finally have a pair of glasses that sits on the bridge of my nose properly without sliding down. ironically, i'm not used to having any pressure on that part of my nose so its gonna be uncomfortable for a while until i get used to it

- i just cant believe she's gone. every little absence shows even more what a big part of my life she was. i know my other dog is gonna miss her too.

- she had a really aggresive cancer, was already too late to do any surgery, it spread too far. she was in pain so we had to put her to sleep. she was surrounded by her family who all loved her so so much. sweet dreams Freedom <3
- my dog is having some health troubles, gonna try and take her to see a specialist today if possible. she's not eating (drinking water just fine though) and her paw knuckled in while she was walking.
- i dont think the human brain was supposed to have access to 16 million colors, thats too many
- color test, not sure im gonna finish it.
- i dont know how anybody picks colors im out here gradient mapping the shit out of it until it looks half presentable
- booked tickets to see no other choice last night but we had some delays and by the time we got to the theater the doors were locked. gonna have to try and get a refund/reschedule today
