Oh yeah this would require a speaker also. Which could double as a print done bell and such.
to be fair if you run Klipper that's pretty trivial to add, just plug it into your Pi's audio out
Yeah that'll be no problem at all. Just need an actual speaker. Would you happen to know if the pi can drive a passive one or do I need an active one?
i'm pretty sure the Pi just has a standard line-level output so act accordingly; i'm not too familiar with speakers so can't say much beyond that
