- My card was rejected at the gates bc I forgot to reload (don’t lecture me about auto), so I stepped aside to load more on the app and a CTA worker saw me and told me to go ahead and scanned me in. Heroes. 🫡
- I just witnessed a CTA bus driver actually waiting a few minutes at a stop to reduce bunching with the bus ahead of him for the first time in my entire 17 years in this city (that I recall). I thanked him and wrote him a compliment to head office, as a bus bunching obsessive this made my day!
