- After a great deal of turmoil, I’ve made the difficult decision to terminate operations of SGF Devices. Effective immediately, no new orders will be accepted, but all existing orders will be fulfilled as promised. Customer service and support will continue unchanged for the foreseeable future.
- Due to a combination of economic, political, and personal challenges, continuing to operate is no longer sustainable. That said, this business lasted as long as it did entirely because of the incredible community around it.
- Your support, trust, encouragement, and enthusiasm meant more to me than I can properly put into words. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who was part of this journey in any way, and I truly wish you all the best going forward. Thank you for being part of the SGFam.
- Travel into the US for FGC tournaments should no longer be considered safe, regardless of anyone's origin, circumstances, or documentation. If you were planning on traveling here any time soon, please genuinely reconsider.

- I want to share some important updates about SGF Devices and where things are headed. In short: I need to take a step back. Life has been throwing curveballs—significant mental health challenges, the deteriorating financial health of the business, and the broader economic climate all play a part.
- SGF isn't going away, but it will change. SGF has never made a penny in profit. Instead, it has given away hundreds of thousands in cash and product to FGC community efforts, locals, school eSports programs, and even charities like The Trevor Project, United24, and The Jane Goodall Institution.

- Re: ownership of FGC events changing hands: If you don't want your money going somewhere, that's cool -- always vote with your wallet. But instead use that wallet to go to other more grassroots events. CB, FF, CEO, Mixup, C3, F2, etc. Show investors that we support ourselves.
- Looking for other events to attend near you? Just head to liquipedia.net/fighters/Tie... and have a peek. Also don't forget to change to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 tabs for regionals and smaller events. Be informed, use your rights to spend your hard earned money where you want to.
- SGF will support our community, as well. As of now, we have no plans to attend or sponsor players for Evo 2026. SGF will prioritize attendance and sponsorship opportunities for other events (like those mentioned above).
