Just users who I've blocked across all of my accounts. This could be because I don't agree with you politically (e.g. maga, bigoty), you post things I don't wanna see (e.g. nsfw content, certain fandoms, etc.), you're a spam/bot account, I just find you a bit annoying, or a number of other reasons

Primarily people who subscribe to anti-AI blocklists. Subscribing to this list allows for filtering them out. This is likely to improve the experience of bluesky for some people. Best-effort basis but pretty comprehensive. Appeals should go to DMs for now.
