- @smith.senate.gov has no intention of using her powers to stop this from happening. We know this because she posts and does not act with the full scope of her senatorial authority. She was empowered by the people of Minnesota to represent our interests; This post represents her usual effort.
- Please remember that a single senator could deny unanimous consent and slow the progression of fascism. None have done so. Senators could filibuster until their bodies quit. The last one to do so did it solely to gratify himself. We know this because there was no plan to keep disrupting afterward.
- The governor of Minnesota, one @governorwalz.mn.gov, could declare a state of emergency and help prevent families in hiding from being evicted. He instead threatens us with the National Guard if we don't remain peaceful. These are not heroes; these are monsters who have left us to die.
