- Turns out, it is possible to pay an artist to extend artwork!🤪 Jokes aside, go check out Mark’s Kickstarter! I’ve been fortunate enough to get to know Mark the last few yrs, and he’s an all-around great guy! Artists like him got me into illustration, and it’s so cool to see OG mtg art as mats.
- Super happy to share a brand new kickstarter for the art of classic Magic artist Mark Poole, care of @originalmagicart.bsky.social! Poole, of course is the artist behind the original Counterspell and Birds of Paradise, and is my platonic ideal of magic art. www.kickstarter.com/projects/ori...

- LOL I gotta credit @infinitokens.com for making the joke first! 🤣
- I just finished replaying the original Ratchet and Clank. It was my first time getting the RYNO and also using the bolt glitch. I will say, I still ABSOLUTELY hate the hoverboard races, and the timed challenges. Time to start the second one!

- Haha I usually just play video games at night before bed to wind down. It’s mostly just been difficult to get back in the swing of things because of how cold it is here🤣. I really don’t function well below a certain temp, even if I stay inside.

- Happy birthday @kesswylie.kess.co !!!!!
- I'll see y'all at MagicCon Vegas again this summer!
- After being in Portland for a full week because of snow in Ohio and elsewhere, it’s been so hard getting back into a work routine.
- I’m trying to collect a list for my college students of what working artists wish they had done and/or knew before post-grad or first year of really working as a freelancer or in-house artist If you feel like passing that on here I would love to see it and share with them later this year!
- I wish I had found freelance clients before I started freelancing. (I was in-house at reebok before freelancing, and assumed they’d hire me more than they did after I left) I also wish I had tried doing conventions sooner. Cons led to ttrpg work, which led to personal art.
- If you ever wanted to know what it’s like to have an insulin pump, just get a gen 1 or gen 2 tamagotchi. I told this to my gf after she started to get annoyed with her gen 2 tamagotchi, and she looked at me and said, “you’re your own tamagotchi.”😳 She wasn’t wrong.

- Oh, they’re wonderful. I’m glad it’s been so helpful for you! Since high school, I’ve had a pump, but recently I’ve been feeling the burnout from the alerts and managing my diabetes. Thankfully, there is a new pump that automatically adjusts to your routine called the iLet, and I just started it.
