- Some day I won't have to go to work on Saturdays. (I have good coffee, though). #coffeesky #train
- Here we go again, this time with my reusable cup left at home... #coffeesky #train
- This is an extremely important thread for all of us in NHS secondary care and includes a great piece from @emmajourno.bsky.social and @abirimmer.bsky.social. My concern is, as we try to stay off Twitter, these pieces disappear into the ether. There was a valiant effort to make #MedSkyDebate...
- 1/ The medical workforce and the #SASsix, a Saturday morning thread... The eagle-eyed among you may have spotted two related publications relating to workforce this week. Taken together, they paint a stark picture of the current medical workforce.

- Anyway, why not use this opportunity to do your favourite thing in social media? Vehemently support or oppose my position and resort to ad hominem attacks if you realise you're losing the argument.
- Delighted to have been able to give a talk to SAS Psychiatrists at RCPsych International Congress. Sharing my story, thinking about exclusion, discrimination, determination and alternative career pathways. @rcpsych.bsky.social @sascollective.com
- Dramatic B&W selfie thread
- More NHS Trusts commit to #SASsix @sascollective.com
- SAS doctors have had to work harder to get where they are. Not everyone has the support and background to succeed through the National UK training pathways. As a Registrar my SAS colleagues taught me so much and we are friends #SASdoctors @sascollective.com

- I'm glad this came up because @thesascollect.bsky.social follows me, I had looked at the account and thought "that's looks really interesting", looked at few of the posts which were great...then failed to actually follow the account.
