- Billions of microscopic artists create masterpieces that shape our #climate, feed #marine life, and record planetary history in their calcium armour. Who are they? ⌛🌊 #InvisibleHeroes #OceanGuardians #ClimateWarriors #protistsonsky
- While you breathe, they work. While you sleep, they build. While you read this, they're protecting our climate system. Who are they? 🌊🔬 #InvisibleHeroes #OceanGuardians #ClimateWarriors

- First time back at Kings Building since undergrad, had to of course get a falafel wrap, which fuelled many a study session and still reminisced about amongst KB friends. Although the wrap stations had quite a makeover since then 🧆

- Hi BlueSky! 👋 I’ve decided to make a concerted effort with my science social media as I was a big science twitter fan before, but I’ve struggled with getting into Bluesky in the same way - so I decided I will post every day in June to get back in the habit.
- Cake, caffeine and chats, are Wednesday mornings the highlight of my (work) week?

- Every month The Lyell Centre holds a joint seminar between @heriotwattuni.bsky.social and the British Geological Survey. Today @marijasciberras.bsky.social gave a very interesting talk about carbon & seafloor disturbances from fishing, highlighting findings and benefits of meta analysis.
