In pub last night. Chatted about house prices. One guy, Neil, said his house has increased in value! Erm... it's still only worth the value of a house. Sell it, buy another, they've increased. Prices rose 2.5%, less than inflation so he's lost money. But what do I know? He's a taxi driver ffs!🤷‍♀️
