I've been going back to the source to reconnect with what caused this character to exist, and it's been a fun experience. Thoughts are still half-baked, but all I can say is I can see where some other characteristics of Mercio came from and how they evolved over time.

Also, read “Merkio” Mercio is just shorter version of Mercuzio so it has that “kh” sound Italian spelling because that’s the version I grew up with (not Italian, just the book I was reading used Italian spelling for some names. except for Juliette and Friar which I find interesting)

I might yap more about the construction of characters. Just need to determine what is the level of detail I wanna showcase publicly 🤔
