- I’ve accidentally got myself addicted to doomscrolling and it’s really irritating me, and to make it worse, I’m only doing this on Facebook. So much so that my algorithm is actively showing me polarising content, filled with angry people/bots. And I’m just lapping it up. Well not no more.
