  THUNE acknowledges Democrats have raised an “objection” that halts DHS funding. He says he’ll “reserve optionality” to pursue 5 bills + a DHS CR, keeping that door open to avoid a shutdown. But he makes clear he prefers the existing package of all 6 approps bills.
