Honest answer: Because I haven't been.
I built Neolemon thinking the product should speak for itself. I told myself I'm a builder, not a promoter. And I kept waiting until it was "ready."

Here's what I've learned:
Distributing a shitty product just accelerates your failure. So yes—in the early months, obsess over the product. Listen to feedback. Make it actually good.
But "it's not ready" can become a permanent excuse.
So when do you shift to distribution? When customers tell you—unprompted. Emails saying it solved a real problem. Comments like this one. Testimonials you didn't ask for.
That's the signal. Not your own perfectionism.
The product won't speak for itself. But your customers will tell you when it's time for *you* to start speaking.
