- The Foggy Dew, Irish rebellion song written by Fr. Charles O'Neill and arranged for harp by Sylvia Woods
- Face like an apple 🍎
- Took me a while but I finally drew a little portrait of Momo to frame and put on my wall. She had a really piercing & deliberate stare so I tried to depict that in my drawing. It was done with colour pencils & pen.
- This is a spider in my garden who I have watched grown over a couple months. Seems happy where it is.
- Placing the rocks in my garden and I accidentally moved this baby’s house. He was not happy with me one bit!
- It’s getting to the point where I genuinely have no idea how many baby blue tongue skinks are in my garden and also I have to watch where I step
- The harp frightened him at first but I think he’s getting used to it as long as I play softly for now
- After losing my dear Momo I wasn’t ready for another cat. However, I can’t say no to an animal in need. My grandma fed and caught this stray and my mum wants him, but she needs me to care for him until she can get him. So for now, I have a new cat. Vet visit booked Monday.
- All I do lately is work and lie in bed
- Went for an evening walk yesterday and came across this gorgeous wallaby
- My garden is a paradise, have you ever seen something more beautiful
- I’m finding so many ways I altered my daily habits to accomodate Momo. The position I slept in, where I sat, what I planted, the furniture I had & placement, little rituals for when I went out and when I came back home. It’s very hard to break those patterns after 13 years.
- After 13 years, yesterday I lost my beautiful sweet little girl Momo. RIP Momo ❤️
- Face update! It’s my face
- If she hasn’t seen me in an hour or so she gets so excited when she finally does see me that she meow-screams
- Dance of the Blessed Spirits (from Orpheus) by C.W. von Gluck
- The skink came back to eat Momo’s cat food and I got right up to its face for a pic and the flash went off
- In tears having discovered that earlier this year my late dad took in & housed a schizophrenic friend who had nowhere else to go. Even lent his car so he could make a living driving for uber (the car ended up in a big accident and was written off). I found out because I received
- I found this frog in my drainpipe. He looks like he’s ready to grant me 3 wishes
- I spend a lot of alone time in this room
- Two days later and Mr greedy guts is back for more. This time I felt bold enough to get right up close to take a picture so you can see his blue tongue in all its glory
- This was Momo while her food was being plundered
- I hadn’t seen any lizards bust in from outside to steal cat food in so long that I started thinking perhaps they forgot how. Nope! An old friend from a year ago let itself inside today
- Goodnight Mr Hoots
- Heard a big commotion outside with the ravens so I went out to investigate. There were dozens of them and they had attacked an owl & it was on the ground, still alive. I rushed & grabbed a towel for it, but then it quietly passed away
- Imagine me serenading you in here
- Let’s lie down on the couch with mommy
- I just spotted a smaller & unfamiliar blue tongue skink in my garden. This one has a subtle green shade to it
- If I crouch to pet my cat while wearing a long dress, sometimes she will run underneath it
- Today in my backyard
- Resting Eastern European Sadface
- She’s tired after a long hard day of sleeping under the bench in various directions
- I hadn’t seen my gorgeous friend in so long but he made an appearance today
- Today’s episode: Momo enjoys the sunshine
- Returning home from travelling intestate to arrange dads funeral with the feeling that I need to do more with my time, so I contacted my old harp teacher and she said “my door has and will always be open to you.” I start lessons again in February 🥲
- My dad suddenly passed away yesterday. I will have to travel interstate to sort out his affairs.
- “The bourgeoisie of the whole world, which looks complacently upon the wholesale massacre after the battle, is convulsed by horror at the desecration of brick and mortar!” -Karl Marx
- I’ve seen hundreds of people weeping for the Whitehouse on this app but barely a mention of the Palestinian genocide funded by said Whitehouse (by both parties)
