- A Minnesota judge ruled today that this thuggish behavior is fine because the state hadn't proved to her that it was severe enough to warrant limiting the federal surge. Untrained goons drawing weapons for no reason is fine by her. The courts and politicians have left the people on their own.
- People will lose faith in the courts. This is going to be a real problem.
