District Court judges do *not* have more power than Supreme Court Justices. Circuit Courts have more power than District Courts. And the Supreme Court has last say.
no he knows how it works or can find out. It's easier to lie and rile up the base that doesn't understand. These people aren't stupid they're just lying. (but they are kind of stupid)
They're definitely both, which makes them extremely dangerous. They're motivated by money and clout alone, so they have no shame or discretion in what they say or do.
