- People say FF16's story isn't Final Fantasy enough? Sure it is Cool guy protagonist with a shady past? Bunch of cartoon villains as bosses? An even bigger cartoon villain who crawls out of the woodwork in the last 10 hours and renders the rest of the story mostly irrelevant? They got this!
- The story is Final Fantasy enough. The gameplay just reminds me of some sort of weird mish-mash of CastleVania Lord of Shadows and DMC.

- I don't drink coffee at all anymore. I actually became more sensitive to caffeine, and gradually moved away from coffee, to yerba mate, and now I brew kombucha in my office!
- The best episode of The Simpsons to claim is your favorite to longtime fans of the show is the one where Homer tries whispering really loudly to that horse to go really fast when the race starts. It's not actually my favorite episode, but saying it is makes people really flustered and upset.

- Yeah, it was my first RPG on PS1 coming from the Super NES. Imagine my surprise to learn that it ran way worse than anything on the SNES, and was about as balanced as an OG NES game. If it weren't for the fact that I was aware of FF7 coming the next year, I would have regretted buying a PS1.
