Cap would literally go out of his way to shield bash every single ICE Agent.
He stands for what America SHOULD be, not what it is.

Something lost in the Marvel world is the use of the Mutant Registration Act (MRA), a government blacklist. I sed to dislike Cap because i'm not patriotic but he opposed the MRA and changed my opinion on Cap.
