South Carolina’s anti-abortion lawmakers have wasted no time in 2026! They’ve already proposed several bills that would: ban abortion “after conception,” make possessing medication abortion a felony, criminalize donating to an abortion fund, and charge people who have abortions with homicide.

We MUST continue to fight back against attacks on medication abortion. It is safe, it is effective, and no grandstanding bills will change that!
