- You can have an elective surgery to become sterile on purpose, and it will be in your medical history, and you can put it on every intake form and remind every doctor of this fact anyway, and they still look you in the eye and ask if you're interested in having children.
- You can tell the medical assistant you have to speak to before the doctor enters the room that you're not interested at all ever and are sterilized and the doctor will still be like yeah but do you want kids?
- You can tell them about your bilateral salpingectomy and they will still try to trick you into peeing into a cup unless you go wait why do you need me to do that why would I bother doing that is it for something unrelated and they go um no it's a pregnancy test can you stop wasting my time
- Watching a restrospective on Everybody Hates Chris by José. I watched a lot of that and the Bernie Mac show and The PJs when I was growing up. I wish we had more shows like those now. I'm a little out of touch, but there's not now, is there? I like art centered on people with different experiences.
- Pretty sweet sale at Banes & Noble. Here's what I'm picking up. I got to test drive the Witcher cookbook from the library, and I think it's a pretty good jumping off point for Polish cuisine. Thumbed through the photo book at another store and was blown away. Only critique is the 2-page spreads.
