You can have an elective surgery to become sterile on purpose, and it will be in your medical history, and you can put it on every intake form and remind every doctor of this fact anyway, and they still look you in the eye and ask if you're interested in having children.
You can tell the medical assistant you have to speak to before the doctor enters the room that you're not interested at all ever and are sterilized and the doctor will still be like yeah but do you want kids?
