1/🧵 The quickest way to achieve clarity and certainty is to bring section 14, the intersectionality clause of the Equality Act 2010 into force. It’s incorrect to assume the delayed EHRC Code will provide clarity. In fact, our legal actions, including my own, have prevented the EHRC from doing so.
