- When a president talks about skipping elections and floating an unconstitutional 3rd term, it’s not hard to see what this is and what it isn’t. Seizing election material in a state that already counted the 2020 results three separate times isn’t about election integrity. It’s about preparation.

- TWO. Two chances this Supreme Court had to make the right call. One was the simply call January 6 what it was: An insurrection. Even the liberal justices couldn’t do that. The other was to not make sham and politically-motivated investigations an “official act.” And here we fucking are.
