#TeamMassSpec how do I see Ms2 spectra using alpha TIMS? I can see 1/K0 heat map and spectra for MS1 but not for MS2. Tried two different files from public data repository..same for both. What am I missing, besides the obvious diaPASEF spectra? Appreciate any help!
