- So I predicted I would experience psychosis again... I started hearing things that don't exist again today. Worse, I'm hearing my 2 cats who passed away 2 years ago. So great, the psychosis is torturing me now. *Sighs* At least I know it's the psychosis but it brings the grief to the surface.
- Good news I just got a notification that moved up sleep med delivery by a day. This is great news because I didn't sleep last night and I haven't had a nap today so if I can hang in til the meds arrive... I may get a good night's sleep!!! *Crosses fingers*
