To “constitutionalise” lawlessness and bully whole judiciary into submission, a would-be autocrat only needs to capture a country’s top constit and/or supreme ct via majority of integrity-free individuals as we saw in EU in 🇭🇺 & 🇵🇱 under PiS. In absence of supranational cts 🇺🇸 judiciary in deep trouble
