- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 8📝 Outside the main befriendable cast, Potionomics has 81 "generic" customers! Getting all these characters modeled and dressed was a huge task, so for a long time, we had these slightly unsettling stand-ins with Baptiste’s head pasted on top.
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 7📝 The Heroes Guild is made from the salvaged remains of a shipwreck from the fight against Maven's kraken. This is why the background illustrations have a vaguely nautical theme!
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 6📝 In the early drafts of the story, this was how Owl's wing got injured. We didn't keep this because we felt like it was a little too mean.😅
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 5📝 Five things in Potionomics that were inspired by other things! 1. This Salt emote and the knife cat meme.🐱🔪
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 4📝 We named Sylvia's cauldron fire Combustopher based on a Twitter poll! The other options were Flamebae, Hotpot and Wick.
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 3📝 In an earlier design of the game, we concepted out some ideas for random events that could happen to Sylvia's shop, like mice infestations and broken plumbing!
- ❄️Winter Sale Production Note 2📝 Even though they’re mostly out of frame or hidden by the dialogue box, we did actually model the legs for all the characters!
