- Morale at the DOJ is low. In multiple cases, a federal judge questioned a DOJ attorney about why his habeas orders had been repeatedly ignored. The attorney replied that her job sucked and asked the judge to hold her in contempt and jail her for a night, so she’d get 24 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
