- 🇱🇾 #Libya: At least 58 unidentified corpses were discovered on Monday in a morgue refrigerator at Abu Salim Accidents Hospital in Tripoli, according to Libya’s interior ministry. The hospital had been under the control of the SSA, a militia whose leader was killed last week.

- 🇳🇬 #Nigeria: At least 23 farmers and fishermen were killed and others abducted by suspected militants in Malam Karanti village, Borno State, last Thursday. Local sources say the attackers, believed to be linked to Boko Haram or ISWAP, gathered civilians before executing them.

- 🇱🇾 #Libya: Protests have intensified in Tripoli, with demonstrators demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh. Protesters blocked roads and looted military gear from the 444th Combat Brigade’s post and 111th Brigades from positions near Abu Salim.
- 🇫🇷 #France: Four masked gunmen opened fire on a residential complex, hitting buildings and vehicles in the Mathiolan district of Meyzieu, near Lyon. The attackers are believed to be linked to organised crime and recorded the shooting themselves.
- 🇬🇧 #UK: Three neo-Nazis have been found guilty of plotting a terrorist attack on a mosque in Leeds. Police discovered more than 200 weapons during raids in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Staffordshire, including machetes, crossbows and a nearly complete 3D-printed FGC-9 firearm.

- 🇬🇧 #UK: A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of arson following deliberate fire attacks on two properties and a car linked to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer. The fires occurred at his private home in Kentish Town, north London, on Monday, and a house in Islington on Sunday.
- 🇷🇺 #Russia: A 16-year-old student submitted a meme image to a WWII memorial mosaic in the Kursk Region. - 🇮🇪 #Ireland: Indiscriminate drive-by shooting on Thursday morning in Limerick city, firing randomly at a housing estate in the Weston area. This is likely part of an ongoing feud between gangs in Southill and Ballincurra Weston, that has been active since 2023. Many of these incidents go unreported.
- 🇳🇬 #Nigeria: At least 30 people were killed in an attack on Friday in Imo State, with over 20 vehicles set on fire during the clashes. The attackers are believed to be members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), a militant group seeking independence for the southeastern region of Nigeria.
- 🇪🇨 #Ecuador - 🇨🇴 #Colombia: Eleven soldiers were killed and one injured on May 9th by 'Comandos de la Frontera' during an operation targeting illegal mining in the Alto Punino area of Ecuador’s Amazon region. The group emerged in 2017 after a peace deal led to the demobilisation of FARC.
