i have a lot of anxiety that I am inherently evil bc i’m a man and i feel like i constantly need to be on high alert on how i come off, especially around women, bc men used to make me feel unsafe. (I did grow up catholic and i’ve been told I should look into an OCD diagnosis so that doesn’t help)
