today's the prep day for a minor medical procedure, but I'm on a clear liquid diet... good news is that I get to drink apple juice for a day & eat real jello. Bad news: it's only ~9:25am.

London & Paris... People don't realize how big those cities are both in terms of physical size, or in terms of the percentage of the country's population that live there.

  i have been in three megacities, Los Angeles, New York, and Tokyo. LA was expansive. i saw the Hollywood sign, and a coyote just outside the Hotel California. New York was weird. i don't believe people actually live there. Tokyo was like an endless metropolitan fever dream.

I have $20/month Claude Pro, & I just started using ClaudeCode for a project I've been working on for a while... With Opus 4.5, I've gotten more working & tested code written & am further along after eight 40 min sessions, over 2 days, than after 6 weeks with Summit 4.5 & the web chatbot.

  Interesting fact, on the "official" UK charts, the Who have only ever had two number one records in any format. The album Who's Next (which you'd expect)... and the EP Ready! Steady! Who, which had one track from an abandoned project, an alternate take of a B-side, and three Jan and Dean covers.
