If you like extremely slow burn cosmic horror with frankly gratuitous amounts of congealed looking fake blood and a lot of intentionally ambiguous storytelling, I really do recommend #IronLung.

There's maybe two or three odd choices in the whole thing, but it's genuinely a super solid movie if you're into very slow and very nihilistic horror that has no interest in explaining itself. And despite all its nihilism and pessimism, there's a oddly stubborn hopefulness to it that I liked.
