Jan 1, 2026 20:59Very interesting, I wonder what changing the nature of the substrate (ECM composition) would do for these cells.
I have vague memories of my endothelial cells lining perfectly to their substrate for migration. So at the end is it really a question of space constraints or ECM meshwork compo/density?
