Vibe coding new firmware for a random Chinese ESP32-based eInk device so that I can have a pocketable eInk Anki. I still dislike AI for its social effects but it’s certainly made it possible for me to explore spaces like hardware where I don’t have enough experience to whip out a weekend project.
