- If Ukraine wins outright, then a lot of problems for Europe goes away. Security guarantees, European troops on Ukrainian soil, threat against the Baltics and other, testing NATO... In all these cases the problem either goes away or the likelihood decreases significantly with a Ukrainian victory.
