Hey KDE people, does anyone know if there is a D-Bus signal I can subscribe to in order to get session login/logout and lock/unlock events from? I'm looking to do something on a regular interval, but only if the user is logged in and actively using the session

the user is me and the something is to remind myself to stand up and stretch and walk around the room every 30-45m :v And I need it to be automatic because I will 500% forget to trigger it manually if I have to do that.

I would say maybe org.freedesktop.login1 but I don't seem to be getting any events from the Lock/Unlock session signals...
