- Most of my lifting is pretty boring but here are a few movements I do regularly that aren’t particularly common: 1) Kneeling jumps. Best thing you can do for hip flexors. 2) Kettlebell windmills. Work your hips and overhead stability. 3) Barbell pullover and press. Great lat and tricep stimulus.Feb 4, 2026 15:38
- I’ve only ever done dumbbell pullovers and pushes, but I love doing them in a superset with triceps dips.
