- Turning things around won’t be quick or easy; the ship has taken on some water, and it’s not in the best shape.
- But I remember when leadership and ethics training were a regular part of being a state employee when we were encouraged to roll up our sleeves and make sh** happen. Maybe it’s time we get back to that spirit and rebuild from the inside out.
